Heath project managed every aspect of the renovation including coordination of all trades required for each discrete task, and purchasing of all materials (a service that I could not find offered elsewhere). Easy weekly invoices helped me keep track of the renovation budget. I found HMD prices to be competitive and I never felt the need to question an invoice. I was also impressed by the design recommendations made by the team (this even included the choice of bathroom tiles that never fail to receive compliments from my house guests).
