Stress Free Renovation!!!! I am so grateful I found HMD Building to complete my renovation. Heath arrived on time (on a public holiday) to discuss the scope of work and provide a quote. From this point onward, I continued to be impressed by the service HMD Building provided. I was overseas for lengthy periods during the renovation, however, this did not hinder the process. Heath effectively communicated with me via email providing weekly updates.

Heath project managed every aspect of the renovation including coordination of all trades required for each discrete task, and purchasing of all materials (a service that I could not find offered elsewhere). Easy weekly invoices helped me keep track of the renovation budget. I found HMD prices to be competitive and I never felt the need to question an invoice. I was also impressed by the design recommendations made by the team (this even included the choice of bathroom tiles that never fail to receive compliments from my house guests).

At all times I found Heath and his team to be professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I’ve heard many people say they renovated once and would never do it again. For me that’s not the case, but only because I have confidence in the professional service offered by HMD Building.
